Soprano Marguerite Krull has garnered international praise for a variety of roles with companies across the globe, including Lyric Opera of Chicago, New York City Opera, Teatro Colón (Argentina), Glimmerglass Opera, Washington National Opera, National Symphony Orchestra, La Monnaie (Brussels, Belgium), Caramoor International Music Festival, Opéra de Québec, Opéra de Bordeaux, Teatro de la Zarzuela de Madrid, Handel and Haydn Society (Boston), Bach Choir of Bethlehem, American Bach Soloists, and Tempesta di Mare (Philadelphia).  Recent appearances include Clérambault’s cantata Medée with Tempesta di Mare in Philadelphia, Calliope in Handel’s Alceste with the American Classical Orchestra at Alice Tully Hall; soprano solos in Bach’s Oster-Oratorio with the St. Thomas Choir of Men and Boys and Concert Royal (New York); Dido/Sorceress in Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas with Berkshire Choral International; and Arbace in Vivaldi’s opera Cato in Utica with Ryan Brown and Opera Lafayette. Harpsichordist Rebecca Pechefsky has performed in such venues as Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall, Merkin Hall, and the 18th-century Morris-Jumel Mansion, where she and her ensemble Brooklyn Baroque perform in a yearly series. Recent European engagements include recitals in Milan (Sforza Castle), Bologna, Amsterdam, Berlin, Basel, Tallinn, and London (Handel House). Among her recordings for Quill Classics are the complete harpsichord music of François d’Agincour; Bach and His Circle (JPF Music Award, Best Classical Solo Album); Bach’s Well-Tempered Clavier, Books 1 and 2, and Johann Ludwig Krebs @ 300. As part of the Krebs 300th birthday celebrations in Germany, she was invited to perform in Zwickau and Altenburg in October 2013. She has premiered works by Mark Janello, Graham Lynch, Frank J. Harpsichordist and pianist Alex Peh is Associate Professor of music and coordinator of the piano program at SUNY New Paltz.  He has performed Carnegie Weill Recital Hall; the Kennedy Center, DC; the Austrian Embassy, DC, Benaroya Hall, Seattle; and Dartmouth College's Hopkins Center.  He has also appeared on Chicago classical radio WFMT 98.7 and Washington D.C Classical radio, WETA 90.9.  Alex collaborates with composer Phyllis Chen, performing the world premiere of her work Columba, commissioned by the Harvard FROMM foundation, at SUNY New Paltz and the Banff Centre.  Alex has attended the Banff, Aspen and Tanglewood music festivals where he worked with Ignat Solzhenitsyn, Emanuel Ax, and Peter Serkin.  He performed Stravinsky’s Les Noces for four pianos, percussion and choir with Charles Dutoit conducting the Tanglewood Festival Choir.  He has studied with major artists such as Arnaldo Cohen, Menahem Pressler, Jeremy Denk, and Pamela Frank.  

Gregory Bynum, recorder, has studied with Marion Verbruggen, Han Tol, and Mattias Weilenman. He has performed with members of the Mannes School of Music and SUNY New Paltz music faculties, and with Yale music faculty including Jaap Schroeder.  Mr. Bynum has taught at the Bloomingdale House of Music in Manhattan and has performed at many venues including the Morris-Jumel Mansion, the Middletown Thrall Library, and the Old Stone House in Brooklyn.  As a guest performer with Brooklyn Baroque, he can be heard on the ensemble’s recordings Northern Lights, The Pleasures of the French, and a recording of Beth Anderson’s music entitled The Praying Mantis and the Bluebird (MSR Classics).  He has appeared on WKCR and appears on the Quill Classics YouTube channel with Ensemble Luini. Mr. Bynum is Associate Professor in the School of Education at SUNY New Paltz, and the founder of the Music at Morris-Jumel chamber music series.

Cellist David Bakamjian has appeared on National Public Radio and WQXR, and is a founding member of the New York Classical Quartet and Brooklyn Baroque.  His esteemed recording of Boismortier cello sonatas appeared in 2011. David has performed as soloist with the Allentown Symphony, Philharmonia Virtuosi, Beijing Symphony, Early Music New York, Bachanalia Festival Orchestra, Musica Bella, and the Lehigh University Philharmonic, and he has served as principal cellist for the Berkshire Opera, New York Grand Opera, Bachanalia, and the Miss Saigon theater orchestra on Broadway. He is also a chamber music teacher and a former Lehigh University faculty member. 

Oboist Joel Evans is an Associate Professor in the SUNY New Paltz Music Department, and has taught at Marist and at West Point.  He performs with the Hudson Valley Philharmonic, the Pone Ensemble, the Music in the Mountains Festival, and La Grande Écurie.  He has also performed with the American Symphony Orchestra, the Martha Graham Dance Company, and the Atlantic Chamber Orchestra, and was principal oboist of the Albany Symphony Orchestra. Dr. Evans has recorded for Philo, Rounder, Koch International, CRI, and New World Records, He has appeared as soloist at Lincoln Center, Tanglewood, and the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.
