Birds! A Nature Walk With Ethnoecologist Justin Wexler

By early June, our migrant and resident birds are very busy nesting and raising their broods. Join us for a bird walk with an emphasis on Indigenous bird folklore and names, and learn how much our bird life has changed over the past five centuries. 

Check-in is at the DuBois Fort Visitor Center. The program will begin at the replica Esopus Munsee wigwam and will guide visitors up Huguenot Street, through the Nyquist-Harcourt Wildlife Sanctuary.
