Historic Huguenot Street's 2017 Haunted Huguenot Street tours will feature the mysterious history of New Paltz, including the hauntings, legends, and evolution of spiritualism through the ages. The tours will take guests through four historic structures and the burial ground. Come hear centuries-old Lenape legends in the replica Esopus Munsee Native American wigwam, meet past residents of Huguenot Street who experienced paranormal activity in their homes, learn about the rise of spiritualism and séances, and witness the fixation with the “Mysterious Talking Board” that mystified the country in the 19th and 20th centuries. Haunted Huguenot Street tours will begin Friday, October 13th, and run from 5pm-9pm every Friday and Saturday through the end of October.
